Cranleigh House Energy balls

 

  • Coconut
  • Dates
  • Walnuts
  • Cacao powder
  • Cacao nibs
  • Pumkin seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Cashews
  • Sesame seeds and/or coconut shreds to roll the balls in

 

Blend all the ingredients (except for the sesame seeds/coconut shreds) together, no measurements required! What you want to achieve is a thick mass that so they are easily rolled up in balls. To make them less sticky, roll them through a plate full of sesame seeds/coconut shreds. Put in fridge/freezer if not immediately used.
